Account Deletion Guide

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You can delete your account at any time by following the steps below.

How to delete your account

1. Open the app and login to your account
2. Go to Profile or Settings section
3. Select Delete Account
4. Confirm your request

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.

What data will be deleted?

• Your personal information (name, mobile number, email)
• Saved addresses
• Order history
• Any other associated account data

 

Data Retention

Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 working days from the date of confirmation, except where data retention is required by law.
